Lily holds a Master of Commerce (Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations), Bachelor of Business Administration, and various Advanced Diplomas in Leadership and Management, and Work Health and Safety, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Language, Literacy and Numeracy. Lily is a human resource and organisational development practitioner, business adviser, and online training facilitator with diverse management and leadership experience and achievements across a broad field over the past 25 years.
Marissa holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources and has extensive experience as a distance-learning and face-to-face teacher in the private industry and VET sectors. Specialist areas include Human Resources, Leadership and Management and Business and Administration.
Marissa has in excess of 30 years of hands-on and strategic experience at senior management level gained in a range of industries including those in engineering, solar (PV), FMCG, health, R&D; mining, retail and media; from small to large organisations operating locally and internationally and larger corporate global as well as the local Australian university sector.
Robyn holds a Graduate Diploma in Primary Teaching and in Computers in Education, as well as numerous vocational Diplomas and Certificates. She has over 15 years’ experience in the VET industry in Queensland, Victoria, and NSW. Robyn has provided training and assessing services for domestic, international, and school based students, as well as job seekers and other trainers. Being with students comes from a genuine desire to support and help them to be the best they can. To see a student gain employment, gain a promotion, or just finish a course is her reward.
Felicia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (E-Commerce) and various Diplomas and Certificates in Property Management, Business & Management and Health Care, with more than 10 years’ experience in business operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, property management and health support services. Felicia specialises in business operations, leadership and management, training program design, development and delivery in a group based learning environment, and distance based learning.
Stephanie skilfully imparts essential knowledge and practical skills, facilitating hands-on tasks such as manual handling of various types of equipment and engaging students in practical role-play exercises.
