Working as a frontline manager, issues your staff or customers bring to you should be addressed with both short term solutions and long term solutions.

You are also faced with situations where you need to make a quick decisions; therefore need problem solving skills.

This may involve monitoring interactions, daily performance, job duties and allocation of work.
