Human resource coordinators manage and oversee issues related to staff orientation and employment, data collection and reporting, injury management, compensation and labour negotiations. Human Resource Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, in addition to contributing to the development and review of HRM policies, and analysing data metrics.
